I'm trying to play with my friend, and he says that the game is so much better with mods, and he has no problems connecting to servers with mods or hosting his own server with mods, and neither does his friends.Īlso I see alot people gets this error, but it seems to be caused by different things. It's quite weird because I have The Elder Scrolls Skyrim, which I can play with mods just fine (I have over 50 mods installed for that game), but when it comes to Space Engineers it just wont work. I looked all over the internet for a solution, but nothing seems to work for me.
So I'm having this problem when I try to download and play with mods alone or when I try to connect to any server that has mods in it, and I keep getting this error ( "Downloading mods has failed! Please check mods in world settings.").

The script will make a symlink to that folder so the Torch solution can find the DLL references it needs. Before you open the solution, run the Setup batch file and enter the path of that installation's DedicatedServer64 folder. To build Torch you must first have a complete SE Dedicated installation somewhere. If you already have a DS installed you can unzip the Torch files into the folder that contains the DedicatedServer64 folder.It will automatically download the SE DS and generate the other necessary files.
